Who we are
We keep a growing library of price-versus-sales patterns for common drinks, learned from many venues that chose to share anonymised summaries. Because those curves already capture how customers usually react, you don’t need to run in-bar experiments to discover them again.
When you come on board, we map your menu to those patterns then personalise with your recent till data so the curves fit your scenario. From there we simulate a few small, static price tweaks and pick the two that are most likely to lift profit with minimal unit loss.
Each week we read your till report and measure the like-for-like change versus your recent baseline, adjusting for drivers like covers, day-of-week, and weather.
